Air compressor maintenance What should we do? Our daily maintenance is generally conducted from the following 6 points.
1) Regularly check the joint drive system of air compressor and water pump. If it is geared, add lubricant to the gear box and check the meshing state of the gears. If it is a toothed belt, check the tension and wear of the belt. If necessary, replace the toothed belt.
2) Periodically inspect the air compressor air filter, clean the filter element with compressed air, and replace the filter element if necessary.
3) Regularly check the oil level in the air compressor oil tank, add oil to the maximum oil level, and periodically replace the oil.
4) Regularly check the air compressor oil filter and replace if necessary.
5) Regularly inspect the oil and gas separator of the air compressor, clean the internal impurities, and replace the filter element of the separator if necessary.
6) Regularly check the working status of the air pressure relief valve of the air compressor to ensure that the pressure relief is exceeded.
